          HOW TO ORDER

          REGISTER ON THE PORTAL

          Step 1: Enter unique restaurant ID, provided by Uber Eats. If you're not sure what your restaurant ID is, please contact our Customer Support team here.  

          Step 2: Enter your account details. Note: Your email address will become your account login, and cannot be changed after registration. 

          Step 3: Enter your restaurant details, including shipping address. These details can be edited later if required.

          Step 4: Add a password and click submit to complete your registration. 

          Step 5: Congratulations, you have registered an account. From here, you can view your restaurant details, and edit as required. 

          ORDER UBER EATS BRANDED BAGS

          Step 1. Login or Register - To do this you will need your unique restaurant ID, which would have been sent to you via an email from Uber Eats. If you are not sure what your unique ID is, please contact our Customer Support team here. 

          Step 2. Select Your bags - If you have been allocated free bags you can view any remaining quantity under the My Restaurants tab, located in the dropdown menu under your username. 

          Step 3. Add to Cart - Select the number of cartons you would like to order and click ADD TO CART. Then you can continue shopping or view your shopping cart.  

          Step 4. Check Delivery Details - From the Shopping Cart page you can edit the items in your cart, the delivery details and include any relevant instructions. Then you can proceed to checkout. 

          Step 5. Summary & Payment - Please ensure you read through our trading terms and conditions and select that you have read and understood them. Then you can enter your payment details and submit your order. 

          Step 6. Order Confirmation & Tracking - Once submitted you will receive a confirmation email with an order summary. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your delivery tracking number. 

          ADDING ANOTHER RESTAURANT

          Step 1: Login to your account with your previously registered email and password.

          Step 2: Navigate to "My Restaurants" in the drop-down menu. 

          Step 3: Select "Add new restaurant" at the bottom of the page. 

          Step 4: Enter the unique restaurant ID of your other restaurant, provided by Uber Eats. If you are not sure what the restaurant ID is, please contact our Customer Support team here.

          Step 5: Fill out the details of the restaurant including name, cuisine and shipping address. 

          Step 6: Congratulations, you have added a new restaurant. From here, you can view your restaurant details, and edit if required.
